The BTS story

My name is Joe Rios, I was the sole support engineer for Crescent Design from 2012 until the last quarter of 2021.  Crescent was acquired by a very large global supplier of manufacturing technology and services company in 2019.  The decision was made to close down the San Diego office and transfer all of the production and support to their Arizona offices.  Once the San Diego office was shutdown, I began receiving a few calls a week from my loyal customers asking if they could work something out to get fast knowledgeable support from me.  In the beginning I was happy to just answer their questions but, as more and more people reached out for help I decided to jump into the consulting world of support for the HBLT.  I now offer training, technical support, repair videos, product characterization, and contract testing as a way to fill any gaps and help keep my loyal customers up and running with minimal down time.
